Our Story
TRIUR Construction Ltd. is a privately owned limited company which was founded in 2012 by Company Directors Gary Coone, Pat Hartigan and Cathal Coleman. Established by a management team of highly experienced individuals with a broad skills set, complimented with vast experience across a diverse range of disciplines in the construction sector, the company has grown and continues to grow steadily since its foundation.
The success of TRIUR Construction Ltd. is based on its ability to provide complete in-house solutions to cater for all their clients' civil engineering and building requirements. TRIUR operate on a directly employed multi-skilled workforce model and this, combined with a wholly owned fleet of specialist plant and equipment, enables greater flexibility, control, safety and quality on all their construction projects.
Operating nationwide, TRIUR Construction Ltd. work for clients in both the public and private sectors. TRIUR has successfully undertaken the role of Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) while delivering numerous construction projects. One of TRIUR's core company values is to develop and maintain strong client relationships and this has been achieved through honest and open dialogue, value engineering through innovation and the safe delivery of a high quality end result on all their construction projects.

Managing Director
Gary Coone is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a founding member of TRIUR Construction Ltd. Gary has a vast amount of experience in the construction industry, working both in Ireland and the UK. Covering various disciplines, Gary has worked on a diverse range of building and civil engineering projects and gained invaluable experience in doing so. Gary's priority is to develop and maintain strong client relationships with a pro-active and professional approach to all TRIUR's contracts, while ensuring their safe delivery on time and within budget.
Pat Hartigan
Estimating Director
Pat Hartigan is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a founding member of TRIUR Construction Ltd. Pat has a vast amount of experience working in the construction industry both in Ireland and the UK, with a diverse range of experience across various disciplines of civil engineering and building works. Pat currently conducts the role of Estimating Manager and is always seeking new, innovative and cost-effective solutions to suit all our clients' needs.
Cathal Coleman
Contracts Director
Cathal Coleman is an Engineer and a founding member of TRIUR Construction Ltd. Cathal has a vast amount of experience in the construction industry, gaining extensive knowledge in successfully delivering building and civil engineering projects alike. Cathal has developed strong planning and organisational skills and is focused on delivering a high-quality professional service to all TRIUR's clients.
